### About the fundraising pack

World Aid Network offers a free employer and community fundraising pack with a 12-page organiser guide, appeal posters, a fillable event poster, editable Word messages and record sheets, and social graphics. Downloads are available without an account. Independent events should be described as “in aid of World Aid Network”.

### A cost estimate is not an outcome

Around £200 is a cataract-surgery planning estimate supplied to WAN by Mr Mohamed Mohyudin. Costs depend on assessment, the provider and the care required. It is not a fixed price or a guarantee of a completed operation or result.

Before citing delivery figures, read [our programme reporting](/our-impact). Donations received, transfers to partners and care delivered are separate measures. The [eye-care film](/appeal/gift-of-sight#eye-care-film) illustrates a clinical setting; it does not establish who funded a procedure or its outcome.

Use the logo to identify WAN accurately and retain its proportions. Do not imply an endorsement, an approved partnership or registration status that has not been confirmed. Photography, patient stories and clinical footage need a separate permission check. [Ask about image and story permissions](#contact).

A reference link helps readers find the source, but is not a condition of access to these resources, funding or partnership. Editorial coverage should remain independent.

## Questions about sharing our work

Where can I find information for an article about World Aid Network?

Find World Aid Network’s organisation facts, free fundraising resources, logos, programme-reporting links and media contact details. Check the current registration and reporting status before publishing. For an interview, image permission or a professional enquiry, email info@worldaidnetwork.org with your topic and deadline.

Can I recommend the fundraising pack to my readers?

Yes. The pack is free to download without an account. Its guide, posters and editable templates help employers and community organisers plan a fundraiser. The fundraising-pack page is the best link for readers because it explains the materials and their use.

Does the website publish verified programme totals?

Read the current programme-reporting page and the individual appeal. Only cite totals that have a published reporting period, evidence and limitations. An unavailable total is not zero, and a donation amount does not establish completed operations or people helped.

May I reuse a photograph, patient story or surgery video?

Contact WAN before reproducing photographs, patient stories, clinical footage or material credited to another owner. These need a specific rights and consent check. The logo downloads and short descriptions do not grant permission for those materials.
