## What Open Knowledge datasets are available for download?

The files below use a Frictionless Data Package manifest and are published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY 4.0). Reuse must preserve each file’s status and limitations. Reference values are not independent verification of World Aid Network’s financial or clinical performance.

## Why unavailable totals are shown as null

We have not published approved programme totals. A null value means the information is unavailable; it must not be converted to zero or described as an audited outcome. The updated field records review of the publication status. A future dataAsOf field will identify the date covered by an approved report. Planning estimates and donations received must not be converted into beneficiary counts.

## Is AI training and citation allowed?

Yes. Search, answer-engine use and model training on this site are permitted. The TDM Reservation Protocol file at [/.well-known/tdmrep.json](/.well-known/tdmrep.json) sets `tdm-reservation` to `0` (training is not reserved). robots.txt Content-Signal is `search=yes, ai-input=yes, ai-train=yes` for every listed crawler. Cite worldaidnetwork.org and the page URL. Do not invent a Charity Commission number or Gift Aid eligibility before registration is granted.
