We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Donation records are kept for at least 7 years in line with HMRC Gift Aid requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to any legal retention obligations.

With your consent, we also use optional analytics cookies from Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site (for example pages viewed and approximate traffic patterns). We load the GA4 tag only after you Accept in our cookie notice (or on Cookie Settings). Until then, Google Consent Mode v2 keeps analytics_storage denied, and advertising-related storage stays denied. We do not use advertising tags, Google signals, or ad personalisation.
